Understanding the landscape: people, processes, tech, systems, and constraints. Learning from users, staff, leadership, and data to define the real problem.

Turn the Invisible Visible
I map how things actually work today. Where users get stuck, where systems break down, and where effort is wasted. This step turns complexity into something teams can see, discuss, and align on.

Co-design better ways forward
Working with cross-functional teams, I explore and test improved ways of delivering the service—focusing on what will make the biggest difference for people while remaining feasible for the organization.

Align, Decide, and Move to Action
I help teams align on decisions, define success, and translate ideas into clear next steps: roadmap, pilot, concept designs or implementation plan.
